Sea Pines living is fantastic!!!

I am very grateful that my parents brought my brother and me to Hilton Head Island in 1969 while we lived in Brazil, South America, and then when they retired here in 1971. This is what I call my home. When I think about the other places my parents were considering retiring, I am so very glad they picked this remote and magical little island. Sea Pines was not the first development; The Hilton Head Company and Greenwood Development were also quite active.? But we can all agree, however, that Charles Fraser was THE developer that put this island on the worldwide map of destinations.?

Now we have approximately 40,000 residents who call this idyllic island "home" and many more who own a piece of the island as their second home or getaway. Investors are also happy to have a place here and many eventually retire here.??

I have made several presentations about Sea Pines to realtors and other interest groups, specifying all the assets in this gated community of over 5,000 acres.?The secret gem continues to be the 900-acre Forest Preserve that sits in the center of all the fun happenings within Sea Pines. White sandy beaches are obviously a huge draw for bikers and beachgoers alike. If you go early in the morning when the sun first comes up, you will find many local residents walking their dogs. Such a magical place to be!

I just want to give you a taste of all that Sea Pines Resort has to offer, despite some naysayers who complain about 'how busy' Sea Pines gets (this is really only mid-June to Mid-August).?

We just had our Hilton Head Shrimp Festival on September 23rd, 2023.

The Harbour Town Fall Festival?was also held that same weekend.

On October 7th, 2023 Sea Pines Resort will host "Hounds on the Harbour"

Harbour Town lights, Thanksgiving Concert, Caramel Apple Festival, Christmas Concert, Holiday Fun in Harbour Townand the New Year's Eve Celebration and Ball Drop complete the year in this active and vibrant community!

Wine and Food Events are also offered to us in Sea Pines. Komos tequila Dinner (Sea Pines Beach Club), Forrest Gump Wine Dinner (Harbour Town), Oyster Roasts every Saturday from October 14th to February 24 at the Beach Club, Island Vibes concert series at the Beach Club, Duckhorn Wine dinner, and?Pahlmeyer Wine Dinner are just some of the wine and food events offered within the gates of Sea Pines.

And the upcoming HOLIDAYS also bring some great venues such as: Thanksgiving Buffet in the Champions Ballroom at the Harbour Town Clubhouse, Dinner-to-go available for pick-up at the Clubhouse on Thanksgiving Day, Links Grill and the Quarterdeck also have a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu. Christmas Day, Links will also offer a Christmas prix fixe Dinner.

Holiday Parties? Whether you want an intimate dinner setting or a large venue for holiday cheer, there are many venues possible for Sea Pines Property Owners including Tower Beach (if warm enough), Fish Island for oyster and pig roasts, The Community Center as well as Sea Pines Resort's first-class accommodations.?

There are even Sports Packages available to Sea Pines Property owners, consisting of packages to play Harbour Town Golf Links or Heron Pointe/Atlantic Dunes. Property Owner Golf Rates for those not wanting packages are also available.?

Property Owners have access for a membership fee to The Fitness Center which?is centrally located in The Sea Pines Center and they also have individual or family access to the Racquet Club.

Although the entire island offers a great vibe and lifestyle, Sea Pines offers more amenities than you can imagine: shops, restaurants, pre-school, elementary school, middle school, high school (all private), gas station, boating, fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, horseback riding, petting zoo, gardening plots, golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, wine and dining events, biking, walking, running, Atlantic Beach, interest groups and clubs.
