BrightLine Fiber is designed to improve the quality of cut edges when processing thick mild steel and stainless steel. It offers a number of benefits that will take your machine performance to a new level.
The TruDusik laser delivers outstanding cut quality on both thin and thick stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium by automatically switching between thin and thick sheet mode. It has numerous advantages.
From a higher quality and more homogeneous cut surface in a variety of materials to a reduction in the burr produced during cutting. The increased flexibility makes it possible, for example, to cut mild steel up to 25 mm with a TruLaser 3030 fiber L49. Stainless steel and aluminium up to 25 mm with a TruLaser 5040 fiber L69. Reliable cutting of mild steel improves process stability and saves material costs.
In addition, the BrightLine fiber option offers the highest piercing quality and minimal contours. This is possible thanks to multi-stage piercing with the smallest piercing holes. This allows greater geometric freedom, improved part quality and lower material costs due to tighter nesting.
The increased productivity is reflected in higher cutting speeds for thicker plates. Last but not least, easier part removal due to larger cutting gaps facilitates handling and saves time, which in turn increases process reliability during automated part removal.
