Fantastic Feedback for Blue Apple Education Virtual Open Day Videos

We initially approached Blue Apple Education on the recommendation of Emily from Stickman Consultancy who we have worked closely with in the past. The impact of coronavirus meant that we had to re-think our usual methods of school promotion, but in particular the use of a traditional “open evening” as a marketing tool.

I spoke at length via video call with Mark, who listened to everything that I was trying to achieve and we determined a video would be best suited for this. Mark was so engaged in the meeting and understood exactly what we were looking for that I was immediately put at ease and knew we had made the correct choice approaching Blue Apple.

We then began the process of drafting the video, and through constant communication with David via Basecamp (which worked superbly) and a great discovery call with Dean, they created a clear vision for the video, ensuring it would achieve exactly what we were aiming for.

The storyboard they created provided us with clear direction on how to organise our day of filming, meaning this process was much more stress free than I anticipated.

We had an incredibly tight deadline that Blue Apple graciously supported us with and turned round the video in record time. However, this did not diminish the quality of the product received.

We love the video that has been produced. It completely captures everything we were looking for. Our school atmosphere can be felt clearly throughout the video and the sense of pride that our students and staff have is obvious.

I think that the reason we were so pleased with the final product is purely down to the research and time that Blue Apple spent with us prior to filming, learning about our school and our values.
