Fancy a picnic?

Fancy a picnic?

Greetings Reader,

Before you get too excited, let me come clean. This kind of picnic doesn’t involve a checkerboard blanket or your favourite savoury snacks. Instead, this kind of picnic is all about computers (or more specifically, those who use them). Who’d have known!

So, I don’t need my travel cutlery set?

Not this time, Reader. Because today I want to run by you a little acronym shared with all our clients: PICNIC.

Problem

In

Chair

Not

In

Computer

With hardware more reliable than ever, a computer problem doesn’t often exist with the system itself, but rather with the user. Sounds harsh, but it’s true.

We take a lot of calls relating to PICNIC problems at the Support Ship. So much so that some of our clients (Hi, Sarah ??), will often start the conversation with:

“I know this is a PICNIC problem, but I could really do with your help.”

As with many of our clients, Sarah’s got better things to do than study the ins-and-outs of a computer and how to complete those time-draining, how-to tasks. And that’s where the added value of an IT support contract really pays for itself. Because for us, we haven’t got better things to do… sadly.

So…about that picnic?

I’m free whenever you are. And if you’d like to learn more about our affordable IT packages for small businesses, give our crew a call on 01903 25 99 23. Or comment below.

Until the next time. ??
