6 年The speaking engagement went well. We talked about niche investment strategies. I defined "Niche" and then explained how to target and screen for attractive niches. The panelists all agreed that specificity, differentiation and clarity of strategy is important. I explained how to refine and prioritize sub-niches, and then begin the process of identifying acquisition candidates. Afterwards, several audience members came up to discuss this research. I think we made an impact in explaining how to prioritize and focus. Good event.
