The fallacy of irrelevant conclusion, also known as the "Ignoratio Elenchi" (ignorance of the proof) fallacy, in effect, the parent of all other fallacies since every fallacy yields a conclusion that even if true is not related to the premises of the proof argument.
Many of the current assertions cannot claim any status other than that of speculative assumptions at best that cannot be disproven!
