The uncertainty about what to regulate when is equally linked to capacity and there is no guarantee that governments have the tools to regulate company activities as they usually lag in digitalization and tech readiness in developing countries. Voluntary disclosures will be more effective as models can be trained without digital trails "Very Easily". My biggest worry is that we discount the wage and labor market effects of AI. New jobs will be created yes, but they'll require skill and a uniquely tailored education. Thank you, authors!
