MY PATH TO PROPOSALS
1 Unexpected Day, 10 Years of Success
Tanya's Journey
? Admin assistant ?? content manager
? 3-5 page proposals ?? RFPs for a global investment firm
? 1 chance interview ?? 10 years of success
"It's been 10 years since my first day at that admin job, and I've come a long way. Today, I'm Content Manager, Client Communications at a global real estate investment firm called Heitman, where I earn more than double what I did in my first proposal role. Not too shabby."

INSIDER TAKE ???
A Great Executive Summary Can Win or Lose a Bid
"A great executive summary should be personalized to the client and not only include a summary of the proposal content (a simple recap could be written using AI).
Listing pain points they mentioned in the RFP or the goals they are trying to achieve with this project—and how they align with your company's capabilities—shows that you have taken the time to understand the client and tailor a solution that fits their needs. That's how you convince them you're the partner they are looking for."
