1 年I think the most important point you have mentioned John Lovig is the fact that company budgets may not be used up. With the lack of hiring and freezes in the beginning of the year, department heads will be pushing to try and use those budgets now. Many times, when they do not use it up, they receive less the following year. They never want that to happen.
