What are YOU Falling Forward into?
Coming into the last quarter of the year I started to reflect on the year coming to an end.
Thinking of fall and the leaves changing I realized it isn’t time to hold regrets of what I didn’t do…
No, it’s about Falling Forward!
Falling Forward is about recognizing what went well and allowing that motivation and inspiration to keep you moving forward, even if things didn’t go as “planned.”
This builds emotional intelligence as you learn to trust in yourself and in the process, letting go of judgements and the “should’ve, would’ve, could’ve” to shift your perspective in a more positive direction.
Ignore the old B.S. (Belief Systems) that have kept you boxed in and limiting yourself from starting your expansion NOW, no need to put off until the “right time.” We tend to get caught in the trap of waiting until New Year's for our resolution...How has that worked out in the past?
The resolution is TODAY, not some day!
Fall forward into a simple routine of self-care, set yourself up to achieve goals and go beyond what your mind thinks of your current abilities as it cannot predict the future.
Take time today to set small goals towards your health and wellness:
?? Drink more water
???♀? Take small breaks to MOVE your body
?? Do some simple chair yoga exercises
???? Use breathing techniques or an app
These are all drops in the bucket that add up over time to build health & wellness and keeps the motivation of Falling Forward.
Do not let your mind talk you out of it, or distract you away from your Intention for wellness, as nobody can do this for you. Our minds really do not know the true capacity we hold and can only work from past experiences.

So, I suggest shifting the script and become curious by asking:
?? “What can I do right now to feel a little better?”
?? “How do I want to feel by the end of the day?”
?? “Why am I prioritizing other “things” ahead of my own well-being?”
