Fallible Man Launches

Finally having the strength to talk openly and freely about my past experience battling with the debilitating eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, made 2021 a landmark year for me personally. Moving from a feeling of isolation to openness is liberating.

Writing is a wonderful way of helping to make sense of some of the more complex elements of life, so I've recently taken the step to launch my own blogging website (Fallible Man), with an aim to deliver thought provoking content aimed at:

  • Giving a different perspective both professionally and personally about mental health issues.
  • Helping those suffering with mental ill-health know they are not alone, possibly helping them to see a little sense through what can feel like madness.

My first blog, published yesterday, gives my take on the complex subject of why the growing problem of addictive forms of mental illness including eating disorders continues to escalate in the post-pandemic world.

If you fancy what I hope is a thought provoking read aimed at both business leaders and us as day to day human beings, please take a look:

How could elements of our ‘New Normal’ way of life be feeding the growth in eating disorders other forms of addictive behaviour?
