As the golden leaves of Autumn start to change, marking the beauty and transformation of yet another season, it's easy to become caught up in the rush. As we face the culmination of the year's efforts, it can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. However, let's take a leaf out of nature's book, quite literally.
Just as every falling leaf signals a time of change, renewal, and rejuvenation, so should we find moments to pause, breathe, and appreciate how far we've come. With each leaf that falls, it symbolises both an end and a new beginning. And taking a cue from the effervescence of champagne, naturally! Just as every bubble rises to the top, bringing with it lightness and sparkle, so too can we uplift our spirits, even amidst the year end whirlwind.
"The more you PAUSE and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate."
Every success, no matter how small, deserves recognition. Every challenge overcome, every lesson learnt, and every milestone achieved – they all contribute to the beautiful landscape of our lives. Let this season be your gentle reminder that it's okay to take a step back, breathe, and give yourself the grace and space you need.
Most importantly, to find joy in the everyday. It's in these moments of reflection and gratitude that we recharge and find renewed strength. ]
Here's to celebrating every fallen leaf, every crisp autumn morning, and most importantly, celebrating the effervescence and sparkle in YOU. ????

ARE YOU WAKING UP FEELING RESTED ON MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK?
NO?
THIS WILL HELP ...
From as far back as my memory stretches, I've been a light sleeper. It could be tied to my birth story, early life experiences, or even my genetic makeup.
Though I wrestle with insomnia from time to time, I know that when I nail my sleep routine, I wake up feeling invincible, ready to conquer anything the day throws my way.
I had the privilege to engage with HR professionals in a presentation aimed at rethinking their relationship with rest and sleep. We approached it in a lighthearted manner, focusing on a multisensory experience involving all five senses.
Our finale was a relaxation technique called NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), which transported some attendees to what they described as a "spa-like state" or "another realm entirely."
If this piques your interest and you'd like to immerse yourself in a guide packed with sensory tips, as well as a 9-minute relaxation recording narrated by myself , kindly accept this gift by visiting my Sleep Guide link ?? below.

My training for my upcoming walk in Japan is going well! Except when I self sabotage .. see my strategy to avoid this below!
Do you sometimes need motivation to do exercise?
Bring a quality or essence to it such as my example of using ‘light as feather’ to motivate me to do my last hill repeat.
Here is a link to the video I did while on my one recent hill repeat sessions. The wind is a bit loud as I was walking and talking so bring the quality of ‘bat or dolphin like hearing’ if you’re listening to sound ?? ????
On a final thought ... to think more deeply about our words because words really matter!
I wanted to share an encounter I had on my way to work in Paris recently. I was waiting for my coffee and the next customer asked the barista, “Hi, how are you?” and the barista replied, “Not too bad. How are you?”
Customer says, “I’m okay, could be better. But I’m okay.”
Barrister says, “Yeah, can always be better.”
And then there was a silence and he gave me my coffee and I was about to turn around and go but my truth in that moment was this ... I turned to them and I said,
“You know what, I disagree with you. It can’t always be better. Because right now I feel amazing.”And they said, Yeah, but you could feel better, right? And I said, “You know what, I could feel worse. Which means In theory, if I could feel worse that right now I’m feeling fabulous.”
And we proceeded to have a beautiful conversation which ended with all three of us agreeing that words matter and we should maybe pay more attention to how we respond to the question, “how are you?”
Especially when we’re in good spirits, because good spirits, positivity, happiness and joy is contagious! Let’s spread positivity and joy!
