Prasad Kaipa thanks for introducing excellent framework for modern corporate decision making, based on indic wisdom concepts. The saga of ouster and reinstatement of OpenAI CEO has illustrated the dictum of "systems acts as a whole", revealing the sort of influences one has over the other. Needs of stakeholders of proxity are met.What about humanity at large, having the people as stakeholders in such a decisive system as AI which has a lot of influence on how we live and survive. There is no interpretability or transparency over the decision made by AI supported by machine learning when accountability is a paramount concern! It is imperative to have norms on how well the safe guards are in place for AI deployed from ethics point of view (Dharmam), the positive impact that the AI creates in the interdependent and interconnected world, by being inclusive (Purnam), how the AI enhances individual capabilities and preserving what it means to be humane (Tatvam), thus making the world a better place to live. People need not settle for joy alone, but can aim to be blissful ( real Anandam) I strongly believe these audit checks are imperative for anyone to continue to lead, particularly with teams which may not be diverse.
