Fall Internship Experience

It is constantly enriching when you learn something new every day, whether professionally or personally. Something new adds up to you; I have felt that throughout my internship experience with?Hilton. I continued my internship journey here, and the last four months were filled with exciting work, learnings, collaborations, and, most importantly, connections that I will cherish for a more extended period. It is overwhelming to see everyone around, always kind and ready to help whenever needed, even with the silliest out of doubt. I gained insights into the Product domain and learned all my basics under the fantastic mentorship of?Robyn Harman and Douglas Smith, not only through guidance but also through the opportunities that they provided me with and helped through every step of that made this internship experience even more valuable. While transitioning from a development to a product function, I got to work on the product backlog and learn how prioritization is done, what things must be considered while proposing new features, and how much collaboration is needed considering everyone's priorities. All the skills I learned through my courses and the internship experience will stay with throughout my professional journey and help me excel it as I move forward.
