Fall 22 Internship Experience

In fall’22, I got the opportunity to continue my summer internship with Data Aces as a Data Engineer Intern. Data Aces builds custom data solutions for harnessing a wide variety of data to improve business performance, with technical expertise centered around Cloud, AI, and Big Data analytics and domain experience in pharma and healthcare.

My duties at this job were quite varied, and I handled numerous small projects that helped me quickly grasp the nature of the work being done. As a Data Engineer intern, I worked more closely with the seniors and managers, not just from the engineering team, but also from the Sales and business teams.

Overall, it was the best internship experience I could ever have, and I am grateful to my managers and teammates for their support and guidance throughout. Throughout the internship, they guided me in sharpening my soft skills – how to prioritize and manage time better, how to address customers' concerns better, how to write impactful documentation that demonstrates the work done and more.

Finally, I want to express my gratitude for the team's trust, opportunities, and knowledge. I'd like to thank? Naren Gokul , Shanti S. , and the rest of my team for their constant support throughout my internship. It's been a fun experience, and I'm excited to learn more with the company in the coming semester.

I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my professors at the University of Texas at Dallas (JSOM), especially Prof.?Gaurav Shekhar, who guided me through the Flex program and provided constant support throughout the CPT process.
