Fall 2023 Data Analyst internship experience @tsh

I am thrilled to share my Data Analyst internship at Tri-State Horizons (TSH) in the United States during the fall of 2023. Having started my excursion with TSH as a Fall Internship in August 2023, I'm thankful for the honor of stretching out my commitments to TSH's business all through the fall.

I gained a profound understanding of the intricacies of the industry and the dynamics of the American market from this immersive experience, which significantly sharpened my analytical skills. Filling in as the Data Analyst intern, my role involved a diverse range of responsibilities, including data collection and exploration, data transformation, and designing interactive Tableau dashboards by crafting insightful visualizations to support informed decision-making. Additionally, I took on various responsibilities, including database restructuring, data loading, and revamping reports for enhanced efficiency.

Effectively connecting with experts both inside and outside the group demonstrated significant, working with improved results in my work. I seamlessly combined my master's program knowledge with my prior work experience by working with data using SQL and Python and creating meaningful visualizations using Tableau. The UTD ITM courses like Data Management, Customer Relationship Management, Product Management, and Technology and New Product Development added to the accomplishment of my work results.

I stretch out my ardent appreciation to Isaac Simpson M Ed. for his enduring mentorship, for having confidence in my capacities, and for offering me this significant chance. Kendrick Williams for his help and direction, cooperative methodology, and readiness to give help at whatever point required. I am sincerely thankful for this invaluable experience.
