Fall 2022 semester of Academic Year 2022-23 is full of promise for both incoming and returning students at Thomas Jefferson University
The returning students from Engineering, Business, and Design in my DECG480 Interdisciplinary Integrative Project course are well-prepared to develop innovative solutions. To be successful in today’s competitive economy, one needs to collaborate with others. That’s what Jefferson students are all about.
We move predictive analytics, informed by social determinants, from academic to the mainstream of wellbeing for migrants. Inspired by IDEC-2022 challenge, my students address resettlement as a key factor in economic and political changes. The underlying causes are poverty, disparity, economic inequality, political instability (i.e., war), climate change, diseases, among other things.
