The ranch is currently offered at $2,900 per acre in its entirety.
Expressions of interests and sealed bid offers for all or subdivided portions of the ranch are to be submitted no later than November 30, 2017. We anticipate scheduling all closings on or before March 31, 2018.
All remaining livestock, cattle & managed deer herd as well as rolling stock, equipment, machinery, etc., will also be sold subsequent to the sale and close of all of the real estate tracts.
