Fake it till you make it.

I have to be honest, when I attended an Award Ceremony 3 years ago, I knew one of the winners so I asked him if I could borrow his award for a photo, to use on my website as it would help me turn visitors contact me for work.

Today about a month ago, I actually won the Silver Award for DoP (director of photography) by Creative Pool, for a project produced by Stellar London:

The Poppy Appeal for the Royal British Legion with Gill Archer-Cox.

So I don't feel too bad about this white lie, it just took me 3 years, now I am an award winner for real.

Please enjoy it, we are all very proud of it, as were some BBC Top executives, I'm told.
