In a situation like this I feel it is better to have no friends. In fact, even when you mixed with these people you still had no friends - because a bad friend is no friend at all. By staying free of people who are harmful to you, you create space in your life for others to come in. You get rid of the negative vibes that toxic ‘friendships’ surround you with. Yes, it’s difficult to remain alone when there is so much pressure to be in company. But in time things will change. You will meet other people who share your outlook on life, who value honesty and loyalty.
Consider being a lifelong atheist, one has a very low opinion of faith as a general rule—so I have no faith beliefs. the faith is believing that a thing is real––or true––or will be real or true––with no evidence that it's factually real or true––while often ignoring confirmed, contradictory facts that it is not real—or not true. Faith is the permission one gives themselves to believe any old thing that appeals to them with no standards of evidence and without any support that the belief is true.
The faith is the absence of reason, the suppression of knowledge, and the intentional denial of reality. It’s nothing more than a personal wish list. And it’s no wonder that different people, different cultures--have different emotions--and different faith that lead to very different conclusions…exposing the absolute failure of faith as a truth-telling tool. Because when literally anything--anything at all--can be believed on Faith, it's useless. Like the flip of a coin.
And once you condone faith to those around you--you condone any crazy belief that comes as a result. But—yes, I do have friends who have religious faith. As long as they keep it in check—we can be cool. Until then, follow your good instincts and avoid your ex-friends as much as possible. In order to have faithful friends you must be faithful in the ways of your life as well and be a faithful friend. When my friends have any needs I eagerly try to assist them. What I have of value is knowledge in the forms of the gift of teaching young kids.
I have seen dozens of betrayals of secrets of the friends, because I know some of them and they will be go to heaven for eternity. If everyone would make friends and help them in whatever way possible and all of the friends did the same we could eliminate some forms of negative thoughts and attitudes. Just being faithful to each other, loyal and trustworthy, is all that is required of good friends.
Tell you a story about a faithful friend. He is the reason that I lost 4 lakh Rupees and he simply cut off all the “friendship” of years with good relations. Fortunately, God has blessed me with enough strength and I am slowly and steadily recovering with the woes. Believe me, life was hell. I had thought ending it many times. Learnt the lesson a hard way..Sometimes, I feel, God communicates with you with actions. Maybe he wanted to teach me to be strong for all the challenges ahead..Cheers!
