Faith on your part
The second part of reconciliation rests upon the descendence of the first Adam version to reconcile with their initial form and original plan of God (Genesis 1:26).
To do this, it is a must that one needs to be born again. Being born again provides the following legal grounds:
- You are given the new nature of Jesus Christ since he is the second Adam.
- Sin ceases to have power over you - the sin that you are inherently born with (Genesis 8:21).
- You lose your condemned state and move into the state of 'in Christ' where there is no condemnation (Romans 8:1).
- God sees you as Chirst's righteous, which provides you legal access to ask anything from Him (John 16:24) – provided it is within the will of God (James 4:3, the emphasis here is lust, not pleasures). And God willingly fulfills it.
After being born again as stipulated in Romans 8:10.
You are then expected to manifest your faith – through practising what you believe (revelation from God, through the Holy Spirit and your spirit), the WORD of God and the WILL of God.
Your faith should include:
Trusting God
Trusting God involves being aware of His integrity and his ability to give you what you need, want and ask.
- His integrity
a) God cannot lie (Numbers 23:19)
Whatever he says he will do. Lying is an action or reality that does not exist within the power and concept of the Godhead. Although He is aware of it, due to His infinite wisdom, it is something that cannot practice because it is non-existent to him. Most of the reason why we lie is because we are afraid, and fear finds no expression in the Godhead. Similarly, it is not a choice, where for example in the goodness of God. God consciously decided to be presented as a loving God (Isaiah 61:1), rather than a God of wrath, which he will only display towards the end of this world (Revelation 16:1). We understand that God here has the ability to be a loving God and a punishing God. Yet with lying it is not the case. It is something he cannot do - not something he chose not to do.
That is why you can trust Him above all else. If he said it - it is done. Not it is going to be done. It is done!
b) He has lived this entire timeline from beginning to end.
Being the ALPHA OMEGA (Revelations 1:8), He has lived this entire timeline from beginning to end. You can rest assured that there are no surprises. He has lived the destined timeline, in other words, the timeline that cannot be influenced or changed by your choices. Your very choices are fixed and already known in this timeline. Furthermore, the concept of future does not exist. All is known. And all happens as recorded.
