Faith when it's not easy.

I would like to share my heart with you today. I respect your time and ask that you please read this in its entirety.

I’ve helped businesses start and hit 7 figures in less than 6 months.

I’ve helped 6 figure businesses scale from 6 figure years to 6 figure months.

I’ve helped business businesses who were doing 1.5-2M per year achieve 1.5-2M per quarter.

I helped businesses go from 100k months to 500k months in less than 10 months.

I’ve helped brand new sales people achieve too producer status in their first year.

I’ve helped top producers double their sales and commissions year over year.

I’ve helped new sales people promoted to leadership in 18 months.

I’ve helped young entrepreneurs go from 4 figure months, less than 2k, to 5 figure months, over 10k...

All of this I’ve been part of the equation time and time again for almost 16 years.

Chances are, you don’t even know me.

Chances are you’ve never heard about me or seen my content.

Chances are you haven’t read this far down my post.

I’m someone who loves people but I’m an introvert. I have no desire to be in the limelight. I have no desire to have people say my name or give me credit. I rarely even share the reviews and testimonials I receive on company letterhead...not to mention the text message screen shots I could share.

If you do know me, you might know my heart. I love to serve and help people...I would honestly coach people for free...the truth is, I have...many times. I’ve given away well over 1 million dollars in services to businesses in need...chances are you didn’t know that and they didn’t share it.

Why am I sharing all of this?

This year has been the darkest time we have ever experienced in our life and our businesses.

Why hasn’t it affected us? Because we have kept our eyes on our Lord Yeshua, Jesus Christ.

We believe the greatest of foundations is putting Him first and foremost in your life. He is the very breath of life that was breathed into you. The Bible says in Matthew 6:33 “but seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you” -go read the 6th chapter of Matthew for what “all these things” are.

We have a creator who will never leave us nor forsake us. Who will calm the storms and encourage rest over work. Who willingly took our burdens, if you allow it, and bore the weight of our sins (the weight that is death). He gave you an invitation, a free invitation, to be part of the most royal blood line available to man. We have a Good Good Father.

All that being said...during times of navigation, such as the times we have been in during the past 75 days, it’s important to remember to rest In Him and the finished work that happened on the cross.

As we have navigated these times I have taken on a new partnership of which I will take a full time role in. I will also be shifting all of my responsibilities in my 7 business to capable individual over the next 9 months. I will continue to train and develop those who are part of the various teams I have been so blessed to shepherd.

My path seems to be veering away from coaching individuals in a 1 on 1 relationship and in groups. Part of me hurts bc I love helping business owners scale. But another part of me knew this time would come. I have been intentionally building a coaching/consulting brand and not just building my name. I am excited to be introducing our team of coach/consultants in the coming days. They are amazing individuals and incredible coaches. I’ve seen them work and I’ve watched them help businesses owner break through to the next level; proving they can teach owners to scale without sacrificing family or sanity.
