Faith and Leadership

I believe with all my heart that being a Christian and having faith in Christ can change the way we are as leaders! From experience we learn that not all leaders are good leaders, and not all Christians live a life according to what they claim they believe. I believe this showcases the good and the bad of being a Christian leader and how it affects us as individuals and society. Seeing the effects of not inserting our faith in leadership I want to encourage you all to continue to be faithful leaders and allow God to move through you. In doing so we can further the Kingdom of God and save more souls.?

This is the real reason I returned to school, to save more souls. Without Effective leadership training and our faith in Christ to lean on it is becoming more more difficult then ever to lead others to Christ. I chose Grace University to be the place I receive the correct leadership training to be an impactful leader who is full of faith.
