Failures are the part and parcel of life,business.The funny side of failure is that seeds of success are hidden in it challenging you to find it out.It is a funny challenging journey.

There are 5 steps in this journey and needs to be followed in the same order for a successful journey.

Go around it

Go around the problem and you will get the big picture.By doing so you will get the perspective from various viewpoints.The limits of actions or boundaries are well understood thus leading to good understanding of methods of failure.

Mostly this exercise is never done so that you continue to travel in the same way leading to repeated failure.Sometimes this is on last leading to false start.This exercise set the stage for thinking out of box.

Go over it

Go over it and revisit the journey.The macro aspects of actions are understood thus. An overlook of the activities makes us understand the sequence,interaction of actions.A detailed analysis should not be done at this stage.

Go Under it

This step is unique as it is done twice and purpose is to understand the opportunities.

The first part of journey is to understand micro aspects of actions.Analysis is done against the big picture.By this journey the root cause and corrective actions are understood.

The second part of journey from the new action point to the present state to eliminate errors and confirm applicability of identified actions.This forward and reverse journeys are done till we conclude on the new actions.
