Failure is not a finaL..!!!
A university professor started off class by picking out his back pocket a 100 RS. note. And in this lecture hall of about 200 people, he asked, "How many of you would like to have this note." Naturally, all 200 hands went up. He sais, "Looks Interesting."
Professor said again, "Before I gave it to you let me ask one more question." He took the note and he crumpled it. And he said, "How many you want this note now?" Still, 200 hands went up. Finally, He chucked the note on the floor. He screwed it with his shoe and said, "Now, How many of want this note?" All 200 hands are still up.
He said, "Today, you have learned an important lesson. No matter how much I crumpled that note, scrunched it up. You still wanted it. It was still 100 RS." In the same way that that 100 RS. the note held its value.
No matter how many times life will thread on you, life will crumble you, life will scrunch you, you will always keep your value. Our value is not created by the price of our clothes or our bank balance or the job title what we have.

I have the best example for this. In the middle of 2009, he was the software engineer that no one wanted to hire. He has 12 years of experience of yahoo, but he was rejected by Facebook and twitter. He had a great CV, great education. He decided to create an app and focus on a start-up space. In a five years time, he sold that app to $19 billion to Facebook. He is a co-founder of What's app.
“Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.” - Denis Waitley
