Fail Safe with Ken - an overview

Welcome to the first edition of ‘Fail Safe with Ken,’ the newsletter where we explore failure not as a roadblock but as a stepping stone to success.

Over the years, I’ve seen how much we misunderstand failure. Most people treat it like it’s the end of the road, but in reality, it’s just a bend in the path. If you know how to look at it, failure can teach you more than success ever could.

This newsletter isn’t about motivational fluff or generic advice. It’s about understanding failure for what it really is: feedback. It’s the lessons we didn’t know we needed, showing us what works, what doesn’t, and how to move forward.

This newsletter is for anyone who’s tired of the polished success stories that leave out the messy middle. Behind every achievement, there are missteps, wrong turns, and moments of doubt. That’s where the real growth happens, and that’s what we’re going to unpack here.

You can expect real stories — mine and others — about the setbacks that led to breakthroughs. We’ll explore how to rethink failure, not as the end of the road but as feedback that points us in the right direction. I’ll share practical insights and tools to help you look at your own challenges in a new light. Most importantly, we’ll have honest conversations about how to keep moving forward when things don’t go as planned.

Let’s start by asking a simple question: What does failure mean to you? If your answer is tied to shame or frustration, you’re not alone. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

I’ll show you how to see failure differently — as a part of growth, not the opposite of it.

What’s a failure that taught you something valuable? Hit reply and share your story, or leave a comment. Let’s start a conversation about the lessons failure brings.
