The fail-proof way to establish your salon as NUMBER 1...

With so many salons and so much choice it’s getter harder and harder to really book your salon out. It’s actually hard to attract any new clients to your salon at all.
But this is not going to change, in fact I predict it will get worse before it gets better.
Workers want more freedom, they want to work less hours and get paid more, just like you do.
If you don’t adapt and help them reach their goals, your employees will leave you and set up their own salon. Just like you did! That’s what is happening right now.
The world has changed outside your salon and you need to change with it.
Or there will be more salons in your town chasing more of your clients.
You need to break away from the other salons in your area, and make your salon stand out. Let me explain:
Clients are looking for new salons all the time. How many new clients do you see in a week?
They have come from somewhere?
But the problem we are seeing is that the clients don’t know why they should choose you.
If I was new to your town and I was looking for a new hairdresser or beautician, would I choose you?
- Would you be different from the others?
- Would I find you if I looked for a blonde hair expert or a facial expert?
Would I know that you were the best, or even a salon that could fix my biggest problem? In the clients eyes when they're looking for a new salon they don't see many salons that stand out from anyone else.
They all look the same, you all say you are good, you all say you’re friendly, you all say you’re colour experts, you all say that you are nail experts.
So the only way a client can choose which salon they will go to is on price.
And the desperate salon owner in the War Zone is happy to oblige, if it means the client chooses their salon.
So the War Zone is a vicious circle where salon owners are trying to get clients in using discounts because they know that’s what they're looking for, and clients can only judge salon owners and salons on price so they're looking for discounts too.
That’s why most salons never leave the War Zone.
It’s a never ending battle of salon owners trying bigger discounts and ‘buy now pay later’ schemes to attract clients to their salons, it’s the only thing that they know works. I want to share with you a new way, a simple way to attract clients to your salon that don’t care about price. In fact they don’t care how long the wait is, how much you charge or even which staff member is doing it.
You need to be ‘the expert’.
You need to set your salon apart from every salon in town.
So price is not the driving force.
