Fail to Plan and Plan to Fail

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Good nutrition is not only about eating high quality food but also making sure the food is available when it’s time to eat. Cooking several meals on Sundays, freezing single serving portions, and getting up 30 minutes earlier to prepare food for the rest of the day are just a couple food preparation strategies. Schedule time in your calendar to prepare food, if it is not scheduled then it’s not important to you.

Another key to meal preparation success is having 2-3 “go-to” meals when time is limited. 

Don’t try to be too rigid at first. Just keep it simple and succeed.
