T - Minus 22 Days

Yesterday was a long day starting with a massive failure. I always go first for any test or training - like every CEO does for his staff - and simply ran out of time. Despite the ego blow, there were 4 things that were holding me and everyone back that were scheduled, started, or approved. Today it's somehow 53 degrees this morning and Spike is ready to go. 4 wins and 1 loss, thinking 3 years ahead, and it is a new day that wasn't promised.

Loss and Gain
