Fail Effectively!!!

Are we a product of education system or an environment, where Failure is punished? My generation, would mostly say ‘Yes’. We are in the society which rewards success, but brutally demeans failure. This thought process is instilled in children, adolescents and even all working youngsters, which puts so much pressure to perform and does not let them enjoy the ‘process’ of LIVING.

My mentor introduced to me the concept of “Failing Effectively”. Puzzled???

Success is a result of moving forward from Failure to Failure. It’s about Failing Forward. What are we learning in the process of failing? We might fail in achieving our goal, but never fail to learn from it. That way we see Failure as an ‘Event’ but not the ‘Person’.
