Faculty Training for DT in Teaching

Faculty members are the bedrock of any educational institution, driving both academic and cultural growth. At Dr.SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts & Science and SNS Academy, we recognize the critical role that faculty play in shaping the minds of future generations. In line with our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, our CLT (Center for Learning and Teaching) Team has recently conducted a comprehensive training program for our newly joined faculty members.

The training program focused on integrating Design Thinking (DT) principles into our teaching methodologies and assessment strategies, ensuring alignment with the unique SNS culture. By embedding Design Thinking into our educational framework, we aim to foster a more dynamic, student-centered learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
