This poses higher requirements for the reliability and machining efficiency of machining equipment.

There is a machinery manufacturing enterprise headquartered in Austria, with a history of nearly 60 years in CNC machine tool manufacturing. Despite its relatively short history, it has accumulated rich experience in the machining of large and super-large workpieces and whirlwind milling, making it unique in the industry. Today, this company, known as Weing?rtner Maschinenbau GmbH, has its CNC machine tools widely used in various fields such as petrochemicals, plastics machinery, aerospace, shipbuilding, and energy industries.

It officially began manufacturing CNC machine tools in 1984, completed the acquisition of Linsinger company in 1991, and subsequently underwent four expansions in 2001, 2003, 2006, and 2009.

Throughout its history, Weing?rtner equipment has been renowned in the industry for its outstanding design and excellent technology, establishing itself as a leader in the technology of machining large and super-large workpieces.

Through in-depth interviews with several executives ,including Dominik Weing?rtner, CEO of Weing?rtner, global sales director, senior product manager, North American sales director, Asia-Pacific sales director, and China sales manager, we gain insights into their development process and core competitiveness, decoding the success secrets of Weing?rtner.

Regarding the complex international situation, as the helmsman of the company, Mr. Dominik Weing?rtner has his unique understanding, "We are facing many political challenges, but we are very clear about the future development plan." In the interview, he emphasized the company's strategy of establishing independent teams in major markets globally, including the United States, Germany, Austria, and the Asia-Pacific region. When discussing Weing?rtner's development plans in the Asia-Pacific market, he particularly emphasized the determination to bring more value-added services to customers in this region.

When discussing the future development plan of the company, Mr. Klaus Geissler explained, "First and foremost, it is clear that only by focusing on meeting the demands of the market can a company survive and grow. Therefore, our current plan is to continue advancing towards specialization, seeking further market demands in marketing, particularly for specialized machine tools requiring specific solutions. Our focus remains on heavy-duty machine tools, such as those used for processing large crankshafts, turbine shafts, generator shafts, and large rods, which require heavy tonnage, large sizes, and high precision. Not every company in the world can achieve this, and in this regard, Weing?rtner is undoubtedly an expert."

Regarding the development strategy in the Asia-Pacific region, Mr. Klaus Geissler stated that Weing?rtner pays close attention to the development of the market in the Asia-Pacific region. "We are entering more and more niche markets, especially in China. We see a bright future in China. We can help Chinese customers gain more manufacturing technology for large workpieces and help Chinese customers provide more and higher-quality products for the European and American markets."

As head of the product design department, Mr. Martin Sorbert is mainly responsible for the design of the multi product machining center(mpmc) and the vario+ high-speed milling machine project. Although the work is not always easy, he feels satisfied because he and his team can create and develop many important components and assemblies together, contributing to the company's development. In addition to the multitasking machining center series (mpmc) and the vario rotor milling machine project, he has also been involved in many other projects, including the recently completed vario rotor milling machine project. In this project, they designed many important components, including machine bed design, machine milling head, and tool change device. These designs are crucial for the company's development.?

During the interview, Mr. Robert Moser, Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific region at Weing?rtner, stated that he officially joined Weing?rtner nine years ago, initially serving as the sales manager for the China region and now responsible for expanding business in the entire Asia-Pacific region, including the Pacific region, Australia, and New Zealand. In the nine years since then, he has gained a deeper understanding of Weing?rtner's outstanding quality and service in the field of machine tool manufacturing.

As an industry professional, Mr. Robert Moser believes that what makes Weing?rtner remarkable lies firstly in the company's familial corporate culture and excellent management. To better support the Chinese market, Weing?rtner has established a service center with storage area in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, providing customers with faster and more convenient service support. At the headquarters factory, Mr. Li Wenzeng, Sales Manager of Weing?rtner China, provided a detailed introduction to the vario+ series rotor milling machine. According to his introduction, the vario1000 rotor milling machine features four-axis four-linkage external milling, with C-axis, A-axis, X-axis, and Z-axis all available. The vario+ series milling machines can process workpieces with a maximum diameter of 380 millimeters, a length of up to 16 meters, and a weight of 16 tons, or even longer and heavier workpieces.
