Factory Digitalization Lead

Our client, a production company specializing in the development of designs manufactures bearings, seals, and lubrication systems with several factories in Bulgaria, is looking for a Digitalization Lead for one of their manufacturing headquarters in Sopot, Bulgaria.

About the position:

? Create, manage, and lead the change management strategies and plans within the factory;

? Collaborate with factories, head of manufacturing digitalization EMEA & other organizations to ensure consistent communication across the company group;

? Manage the communication, competence development, awareness, and organizational change within the factory;? Development and execution of competence development plans;

? Being a coach for senior leaders and department managers within the factories;

? Support factory roadmap creation by integrating change management activities into roadmaps and strategies/.

What does the digitalization team do?

? Enable the company environment for blue collars (Digi4All) and introduction of PC’s in operator environment;

? Implementation of Digital2Win/PaperEdge – MES transformation;

? Start preparation for Factory Value Chain implementation (part of the D2W suite);

? Utilize newly implemented shopfloor LAN infrastructure through machine connectivity & data analytics;

? Factory digitalization activities like the connection of utility systems for real-time visualization;

? Work on best practices for electricity and facility management;

? Evaluation of maintenance system (FTM, eMaint).
