The factors that cause the surface of the 5052 aluminum plate to be scratched, the surface of the 5052 aluminum plate is attached with debris or the segregation of ingot components. When there are a large number of segregated floating objects on the surface of the 5052 aluminum plate and the 5052 aluminum plate has not undergone homogenization treatment or the homogenization treatment effect is not good, there are a certain number of hard metal particles in the 5052 aluminum plate. When the metal flows through the working belt during the extrusion process , these segregation floats or hard metal particles adhere to the surface of the working belt or cause damage to the working belt, and eventually scratch the surface of the 5052 aluminum plate;
There are debris on the mold cavity or working belt, and the hardness of the working belt of the mold is low, so that the surface of the working belt is injured during extrusion and the profile is scratched;
