Facing inconvenience
In our day-to-day life; sometime we face inconvenience. We feel frustrated or helpless when we get slowed down or stuck. The person or group of people who cause this, are either not aware or not bother at all. May be some are ignorant or not educate enough.
A few examples I have seen / experienced
. Lack of enthusiasm shown by people
. Not Showing up or coming late
. Delayed decision making / Response
. Not taking responsibility
. Lack of civic sense
. Not completing professional, social duties
. Purposely slowly performing actions / duties
. Blocking way or standing in the way
. Not moving away / vacating a place in time
. Odd or wrong parking
. Creating loud noise
. Pile-on or become baggage for someone ....
This list can go on and on. In my first lecture / session I request participants to observe things in their surroundings. Come out with the list of things which bother them or slow them down.
In the next session they come out with the list or impediments. At times, they are frustrated due to their observation and awareness. After brainstorming, discussion moves towards solution/s.
Following are a few action points.

. Completing activities in totality and proactively
. Awareness about consumption
. Awareness about space and resources usage
. Focusing on self-improvement
. Leaving a place tidy and in a better condition
. Thinking and Standing on your own feet
Then my main question to them, are these things not told or inform by parents and teachers. All of them say 'Yes' they are aware about it. Now I insist upon taking corrective actions and improving self.
After couple of weeks, when I ask about their improvement / development, most of the participants feel happy to report their progress. Their new found satisfaction leads to higher confidence.
AAA - Awareness, Acknowledgement, Action.
A lot to learn and improve is the mantra.
