Property buyers talk about something called B.M.V. ( Below Market Value ). When I went to Kevin's Seminar in Birmingham recently ( which was excellent - details of upcoming FREE seminars HERE ) there were a number of property developers in the audience who had basically struggled to find B.M.V. property and therefore get finance and make profits.
