Here in the San Diego region, we enjoy one of the most reliable water supplies in California. The cost of providing safe and reliable water supplies is supported by water rates – and those rates are rising at water agencies across the Southwest due to a variety of factors. The county has made excellent investments in the past for new water supply and distribution infrastructure that will help in mnimizing future rate increases. Current and past management are cngratulated!
