Facing Change in Business

Business is the domain of change fields. We face change everyday in unknown and unexpected ways everyday. Business deals with money movements; so see the currencies ups and downs , the rules and regulations of the money markets everyday, taxation laws changes, Stock markets rise and fail, Expenses and expenditures rise all time, imports and exports priorities, open and closed markets, change in the list of helping tools for any given business according to the type and domain of this business; all these are to be faced everyday with due diligence and mostly strength in the field of business.

The change in the manpower empowering the business also makes what we might want to call " Manpower fluctuations" some good join or leave and some lower quality come and go and so on. These quality human factor affects the change force behind the business itself. Business citizens change and they change accordingly the environment inputs of the business itself.

The Change in the environment changes the Business cultural values of the business and the corporate accordingly hence it is the unit business in the business field. the culture of the corporate is reshaped everyday by all what the company faces each day. Some of the incidents become valid and contemporary for the company values and regulations which are themselves part of the corporate cultural values. The corporate culture is a blended mixology of all the indoor people and outdoor people who influence or being influenced by the company in a given Business field or fields. As some businesses are expanded among more than one domain of business; and here the culture of the company is not only a blend but rather complicated. 

Multinational companies are facing this challenge everyday we see a blend of mixed corporate citizens from different cultures, companies backgrounds and even different countries. So Multi here means really a lot of dimensions and lots of inputs inside the corporate culture we have to face everyday and deal with. 

This represents a challenge for the human resources inside each company be it multinational or local or trans-continents for making sure the main corporate culture is in harmony yet it is a blend of multiple cultures of different employees from different backgrounds. Here they do not choose individual by individual which suits only the job but they think of the whole harmony into the same workplace for a well understanding of the corporate culture itself to choose who to join and who will not join. This is merely the eye on employees and on the potential employees given by the Human resources so it is just like a painting of the corporate citizens painted by the human resources department by the help of each department inputs for their needs of who can complement their departments and make harmony inside the same department.

Then the whole company will be facing the change in the field of competition ; whereas the company changes the competitors change too. We can evaluate our companies but we cannot evaluate our competitors except from an outside eye on their external activities to reach they very same employee or very same customer we need to reach. We can call this " the Change Race with Competitors" and the racing cultures of the companies together which was solved in some cases by Mergers and Acquisitions. 

Change is the daily challenge we keep watching, acting, reacting and try to manage everyday and cannot keep our eyes away from it because we are part of it whether we like or not.
