Facing Challenges and Growth - Alumni Interaction

It’s a privilege to stand before juniors as a proud alumna of this esteemed institution. This Alumni Association event serves as a testament to the bond we share, not just as members of the same alma mater but as individuals striving for success, inspired by the values imbibed here.

She graduated from here several years ago, uncertain of the journey ahead but certain of the foundation she had received. Today, she work in an organization and she likes to share a bit about my experiences, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.

When she stepped into the professional world, she has quickly realized that the theoretical knowledge and gained in college was just the tip of the iceberg. Her initial days were filled with doubts and apprehensions. However, the problem-solving mindset cultivated here became my greatest asset.

For instance, during my first project at organization, she encountered a complex issue that required innovative thinking. Recalling a similar situation discussed in our case studies here, she applied the concept and succeeded in finding a solution. This experience taught her that what we learn in college is not just about passing exams; it’s about building the ability to tackle real-world problems.

Challenges are inevitable, but how we perceive and address them defines our growth. One significant challenge I faced was adapting to a rapidly changing industry. Technologies I learned about during my time in college were evolving, requiring constant upskilling.
