Facility management per se will have to change to bring efficiency, improvement in profitability, and most important to embrace technology and ESG to bring differentiation in value proposition. Our interactions and association with large global companies are convinced and preparing themselves to harness technology, IOT and AI to provide enhanced experiences to their client. When the industry is moving toward consolidation, the fragmentation of business amongst small companies will be combined for better management and value creation. A company like PSIPL which has the support of large Indian corporations, should take the lead in bringing endurance by consolidating the fragmented business.
