Objective: The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the performance and cost efficiency of facility management practices across multiple client locations in Nigeria, aiming to uncover key insights for optimization and cost-saving opportunities. By assessing performance scores, monthly costs, facility types, and implemented optimization processes, your aim is to identify patterns that drive effective cost reduction and improve operational efficiency across all 36 states.

Scope:

• Client Coverage: Analyze data for clients spread across 36 states, each having between 10 to 20 facilities that include offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, retail stores, and data centers.
• Performance Metrics: Assess performance scores, current monthly costs, cost-saving processes, and number of employees on-site to determine the relationship between facility performance and cost efficiency.
• Optimization Process Evaluation: Evaluate various optimization processes, such as Energy Efficiency, Preventive Maintenance, and Space Utilization, to identify the most impactful approaches for cost reduction.
