With that in mind, please meet— Payal Sobti.? Payal is a product strategy expert with extensive experience in high-growth startups, specializing in marketplaces, fintech, consumer, and B2B SaaS. Currently, as Head of Product Development at ResQ, a Series A company offering restaurant back-of-house SaaS and a marketplace for trades services, Payal leads the development of a growth-focused product roadmap. Previously, Payal was a founding team member of Uber Eats, where she helped launch Uber’s first merchant-facing products. She also played a key role in launching Uber One globally, scaling the subscription service to 10 markets and three million subscribers in its first year. After Uber, she served as Director of Product at Cash App, overseeing its international expansion into the UK and Canada, while leading key product roadmap decisions and driving pricing and adjacency strategies. As an Operating Advisor, Payal collaborates with portfolio leaders across several key areas, including organizational development, crafting product roadmaps aligned with long-term goals, refining pricing strategies, and exploring opportunities for adjacent market expansion.
