The latest staff satisfaction survey reveals the four things which employees like about working at WPO :
4. What advice do you have for someone aspiring to advance their career within WPO ?
At WPO, professionalism, collaboration and commitment are key and there is no need to be "political" at work. Use true and effective communication, constructive feedback, and demonstrate leadership qualities, whether it's leading a project, mentoring junior colleagues, communicating/sharing with colleagues or proposing new ideas.
In such a dynamic company like WPO and in a time when change is more rapid than ever before, being adaptable, flexible, patient, perseverant and resilient in the face of new challenges is also crucial.
5. What do you like the most about WPO ?
I like to work knowing that I am making a positive impact both on the earth energy and on the human energy. I like the purpose of the WPO activity, and I like the WPO culture/ values, especially the flexibility, autonomy and trust that WPO offers to its employees.
On one hand, working at WPO is an opportunity to combine our strengths to contribute to the development of sustainable energy in a human-sized company; on the other hand, it's an opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainable work conditions, promoting flexibility / work-life balance.
I also like working with my colleagues who are all very talented, humble and respectful people. They not only possess the capabilities to excel in their roles but also demonstrate an open-minded and positive attitude that fosters teamwork and collaboration. Their humility allows them to continually learn, grow and inspire others through their dedication (intrinsic motivation) and approachability.
