Duncan LEVIE, Partner and Managing Director
1. What are your main tasks at WPO ?
I am a Managing Director of the WPO Group and responsible for sales and business development across Europe and beyond.
2. What could you say about the diversity of WPO's client portfolio ?
Over the last 16 years, WPO has built up a wide and varied international client base which includes investment, infrastructure and pension funds as well as insurers, utilities, independent power producers, community groups and private owners. ?
3. How is WPO differentiated in the renewable energy market ?
WPO is a unique, independent, and trusted player in the renewable energy market.
We only focus on our core area of expertise which is asset management and associated specialist services for operating assets, including our software platform WPO Dashboard.
We do not own or develop renewable projects and therefore avoid any conflict of interest with our valued clients.

4. What do you like most about WPO ?
After so many years in the renewables business, what makes WPO really stand out for me is our incredible international team which enables us to grow a services platform across Europe and beyond which consistently delivers safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose services while also being at the forefront of technical innovation. ?
A very rich background in the Energy industry
Duncan Levie is graduated in engineering and mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin and also holds a certified diploma in accounting & finance (ACCA).
He qualified as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer while working for BP International, where he held various senior positions in major onshore and offshore energy projects.
He then co-founded and managed an engineering services company in the energy, petrochemical and heavy industry sectors in Ireland before co-founding the UK & Ireland operations management business at Wind Prospect in 2010, now part of the WPO group.
He sits on various boards of directors for large institutional financial investors in the renewable energy sector.
