What do you do in Santander??

I joined Santander in 2016 and have held various positions within the Risk and Financial Management departments since then.

My job is to ensure that the bank has enough capital to meet our regulatory requirements and that this capital is optimally allocated across the different business lines. We also work hard to always be prepared for any potential crisis scenarios, ensuring that if a “financial hurricane” occurs, we have sound and efficient plans to deal with it.

What do you like best about your job??

I would say the combination of very interesting tasks and the people, of course! During this almost ten years in Santander, I am proud to say I have made new good friends.?

How would you describe the culture in Santander??

It's very inclusive, inspiring, and fun! Whether you are more introvert or extrovert, there are several opportunities to engage in a broad range of social events, sports arrangements, and even board games and a book club for those interested.?

It is also a great chance to get to know other people in the bank who have something in common with you and build relations.
