You can sue GoDaddy or other Hosting websites too as they have direct access to all of your emails and emails texts aren't encrypted in almost 99% email servers/ services. Same goes with Gmail, Google bot read your text for showing contextual ads. 

How many of you know and ever asked your Hosting provider to separate your Email Host from Website hosting, double check MX and DNS record and forwarding settings to ensure privacy of YOUR PRIVATE EMAILS?

Even Gmail and Yahoo scan and read your emails "for showing contextual ads" ONLY (Seriously?).

Did you ever wonder why you quickly pressed YES for "we want to store some cookies" in your browser, what is that cookie? what’s its use?

Allowing to Store Cookie Your Browser - It’s a CLEAR Permission to track your location, browsing activities, even to record your cursor movement to create the "heat map" for knowing user behavior on certain websites, Landing pages, A/B testing and what not.
