Face everything and rise

 We all know that fear is a negative emotion and feels always bad. When you analyze fears you will start to discover that fears are always based on negative thoughts. In fact all negative emotions are created, because of all negative thoughts we formulate consciously or subconsciously. What will happen when you face yourself with the fear? You increase again the negative thoughts and the fear will strengthen en will become worse.

And you have to learn first to transform the negative thoughts in your awareness (mind) into positive thoughts. Than you have to program your subconscious, which is the same as learning history or a language and you will dissolve your fear. Let me explain. Smart ears listen, research and judge much later. Let us right away take your question into a specific example. I never understand why people don’t specify more exactly what the problem is, so I can use a similar example. For the people who read this and you have fears and want me to show you, how to get rid of the fears. It is not difficult, only very different than we are used too.

What fear do I take. Let us take someone who has a fear of heights. We are going to do the first exercise take a pen and paper. I know most people hate it. If you want to dissolve your fear, you have to do something for it. I don’t have a button you can buy and press to solve the problem. It is not much work, I promise, but you have to understand exactly what is going on in your awareness. When you have another fear, do the same as I do, but make your own lists about your fear. Copy us and transform this exercise to your fear and the rest will be simple.

Just follow the path to dissolving the fear in few steps. We are going to right down all negative thoughts that are creating your fears. How do we find them, simple. I am afraid for heights, because, I am afraid to fall and hurt myself or I am afraid to fall and die and I am afraid not to be sure or to be nervous and will fall, also I am afraid to make a mistake and will fall or even I am afraid, I see myself already falling and I am afraid, because I imagine myself falling and breaking my leg worse even I am afraid, because I saw on television that someone fell and hurt himself badly.

Did you finish your list why you are afraid? Always brainstorm, don’t try to be perfect, just write what comes into your mind. Now read the negative thoughts again, and feel and imagine the situation you have. How do you feel? Yes, bad, insecure, not fine feeling, bad feeling. We are going to transform the negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Positive thoughts are the opposite of negative thoughts. Don’t worry if you don’t believe them on this moment, or you think they are not real.

Just do the exercise, when you have some positive ideas that comes in your mind just write them with it. Make sure your list consists only from positive thoughts that are good for you and good for other people. Just see it as a game and solve it with fun and pleasure. You will get to know yourself quite well. And I will offer you a solution you can use always, and feel every moment of the day great. How more you work with it, how easier it will become.

After a while you don’t need paper and pen anymore, because you know how your mind works, and solve everything directly with formulating the right positive thoughts. There we go. Build up positivity by saying to yourself. I will climb up and will know. I am completely save. I will climb up and control my steps and placements. I am sure of myself, I can do it, without any problems. The safety line is connected very well and they catch me. I checked the knots extra, to make sure everything will be fine.

I will be very confident, strong and positive I like heights. Before I act, I will think and place every move step by step. I see myself reaching the top, being proud on myself, wonderful. I imagine myself after this experience, that I feel confident and happy, smiling, cheering and safely returned to earth. I control my life and my thoughts. There is nothing to be scared of when you are taking the steps one by one and move slowly. When something do go wrong, there are person who hold the line and catch me. No worries and new experiences. I can’t wait to see the world from a new perspective. Wow what an amazing view. Cheers!
