?KD wanted to grow something bigger than ever and he created LMON from lessons learned from his own experiences, challenges faced through the Covid pandemic, and questions he had about ‘’what would happen to people should there be a reoccurrence of a pandemic or global catastrophe with a similar or greater impact on job opportunities and access to the talent pool?’’.? With pen in hand, KD? mapped out all his experiences, tests that he faced, the biggest achievements he succeeded with, and failures backed up with all the numbers.
