Facctum opens brand new office

At the end of last month, Facctum opened its first office in Bangalore and used the opportunity to bring the whole team to our brand-new office for the week. For a team of nearly 30 people, who had never gathered in one place together since the launch of Facctum, the sense of belonging was palpable almost as soon as we walked in.

And what an amazing week it was! With sessions on Facctum’s culture and values, as well as discussions on our product roadmap and customer experience, our team really came together, physically and mentally, to discuss the future of the business. We also got to know each other better through team-building activities, including a hugely exciting race around Bangalore based on the same theme as the Amazing Race, solving riddles in escape rooms, and coming together for dinner every night.

The memories of our first week spending time as a team will forever be cherished and helped us see how the pieces of what we’re all doing fit in together. In 3-5 years, we shall all look back at this week and know it was a defining moment.

Since our team away week, the velocity has gone up?and collaboration has increased significantly. It was fantastic to see the whole team on our company call last week proudly wearing their Facctum branded t-shirts. The smiles, confidence, clarity, and camaraderie were on display like never before.

Our new Bangalore office has been come together over the last three months at frantic pace with all the architecture, design, and construction elements needing to be considered. As a start-up, keeping costs as low as practical was important, which meant getting our CEO, KK Gupta , personally involved in designing every small detail in order to build a modern and efficient place to collaborate.

However, as well as the new office in Bangalore, Facctum will continue to be spread across two other locations – Pune and London. All three cities are long-term strategic locations for us, and we hope, in time, that we will have offices opening up in Pune and London as well.?
