#2 From 6 hours to mere minutes – How Alinta Energy fully automated NEM generation reporting.
The follow up project to the proof of value done, we helped Alinta implement a fully automated solution for NEM generation reporting, processing legacy data which included complete documentation with business definitions, data element sources, a complete product canvas and reporting wireframes. The result was ridiculously fast querying capabilities – cut from hours to mere minutes – and 100%, reducing single person risks, improving reporting accuracy and far improving decision making capabilities.
#3 Not just a service – How ZEN Energy enhanced their core capability and put data at their heart.
Only just released in November, the story of ZEN’s data platform is a powerful telling of the myriad of benefits an organisation can gain when it brings in the right people in becoming a data-driven organisation.
#4 How Blue NRG took the 5MS challenge to the cloud, enabling its people with smarter trading capabilities
Likened to the Titanic’s voyage, our work with Blue NRG was a lesson in what to do when undertaking system wide overhauls on tight timeframes. Drive straight at it. An incredible pieces of work that talks to the importance of cohesion and project leadership – something we can thank Sarah Lawley for in coordinating her team and enabling us to provide chart the right path for the organisation.
#5 How Banpu Energy Australia sped up energy asset valuations from days to just 30 minutes
Rounding out the top five is our work with Banpu.?As a new entrant to the Australian market, Banpu had the enviable position to build there platform from ground up, accessing and integrating all available data points to create a solution that could process Banpu’s unique data requirements with seamless access to AEMO databases. Importantly, the project showed how much can be delivered when partnered organisations focus on their core competencies.
Well done Harj Chand and the Ignite team. Great to see you contributing to Australia’s Energy Transition and helping Australian’s Utilities embark on the transition journey.
